Primus is PlasCred’s original processing facility, brought online in May 2023 to validate the company’s patent-pending pyrolysis technology under real-world conditions. It served as the proving ground for the three-step thermal conversion system that underpins future commercial builds.

At Primus, plastic waste is thermally liquefied, vaporized through controlled degradation, and catalytically upgraded using a dual catalytic system. The result is a transport-grade refined hydrocarbon condensate engineered for industrial use.

Primus confirmed the reliability, safety, and product consistency of PlasCred’s process enabling the next phase of commercial scale-up through the Neos and Maximus facilities. Operations are monitored through an AI-enabled data environment powered by Palantir, supporting traceability, performance tracking, and infrastructure-grade oversight across CN-integrated logistics.
